PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production management system capable of successively preparing components in each defined component when ordering components mainly for quasi mass-produced products.SOLUTION: A production management system includes: a cell design system apparatus 110 including a forecast assignment information management part 111 which, when a customer production number of a customer whose order acceptance is defined, a model code and a total production number linked to the model code are inputted when ordering option components after defining order acceptance of products, outputs an assignment request of components to be ordered by the customer production number; and a forecast management apparatus 10, which when the assignment request is received, generates a second model code production number for a total production number to be linked to the model code, links the generated second model code production number to the customer production number and registers the linked result in an information recording part 50 of a forecast system, and if a first model code production number and a second model code production number of ordered common components are the same when an advance notice to order acceptance of products is given, links the customer production number to the first model code production number. 【課題】主に準量産品用の部品発注にあたり、確定した部品毎に逐次手配を行うことができる生産管理システムを提供する。【解決手段】製品の受注が確定した場合、オプション部品を発注する際に、受注が確定した顧客の顧客作番、機種コード、機種コードに紐付けされる作番員数が入力されると、顧客作番による発注する部品の引当て要求をするフォーキャスト引当情報管理部１１１を有するセル設計システム装置１１０と、引当て要求を受理した場合、機種コードに紐付けされる作番員数分の第２の機種コード作番を生成し、生成された第２の機種コード作番と顧客作番とを紐付けして、フォーキャストシステムの情報記録部５０に登録し、製品の受注の予告があった際に発注した共通部品の第１の機種コード作番と第２の機種コード作番とが同一の場合、第１の機種コード作番に、顧客作番を紐付けするフォーキャスト管理装置１０と、を備える。【選択図】図１
