Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite cell state monitor, composite cell state monitoring system, and composite cell state monitoring method that accurately and synchronously measure the state of each of a plurality of storage cells of a composite cell formed by interconnecting the storage cells in series and transmit the state by a transmission method having a high destruction resistance.SOLUTION: The composite cell state monitor includes: a voltage measurement unit 14 that is connected to a composite cell 11 formed by interconnecting a plurality of storage cells 10 in series, and measures and quantizes the voltage of each cell 10; a current measurement unit 16 for measuring and quantizing the current flowing through the cell 10; and a communication unit 15 for transmitting the measured values of the voltage and current to a superior information processor 4. The communication unit 15 takes the measured values in token frame unit in simultaneous batch processing synchronously with a synchronization timing signal S1, and sequentially transmits the quantized measured value in frame unit in a time division multiplex system synchronously with a token signal St. 【課題】複数の蓄電セルを直列接続してなる複合セルの各蓄電セルの状態を高精度かつ同期計測し、耐破壊性に優れた伝送方法で伝送する複合セル状態監視装置、複合セル状態監視システムおよび複合セル状態監視方法を提供する。【解決手段】複数の蓄電セル10を直列接続してなる複合セル11に接続され、各セル10の電圧をそれぞれ測定して量子化する電圧測定部14と、セル10に流れる電流を測定して量子化する電流測定部16と、前記電圧および電流の測定値を上位情報処理装置4に送信する通信部15とを備え、この通信部15は各測定値を同期タイミング信号S1と同期してトークンフレーム単位で同時一括に取り込み、量子化した測定値をトークン信号Stと同期して時分割多重方式にてフレーム単位で順次送信するものである。【選択図】図1
