Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telmisartan-containing tablet improved in stability during preservation, and to provide a telmisartan-containing tablet also improved in tableting properties.SOLUTION: There is provided a telmisartan-containing tablet consisting of a pharmaceutical composition containing: telmisartan; and lauromacrogol or polysorbate. And, macrogol 6000 may also be further contained in the pharmaceutical composition. The telmisartan-containing tablet may consist of: a first layer consisting of the pharmaceutical composition; and a second layer comprising hydrochlorothiazide or amlodipine besylate. 【課題】保存時の安定性を向上させたテルミサルタン含有錠剤を提供する。また、打錠性も改善したテルミサルタン含有錠剤を提供する。【解決手段】テルミサルタンとラウロマクロゴールまたはポリソルベートとを含有する医薬組成物からなるテルミサルタン含有錠剤が提供される。また、前記医薬組成物にマクロゴール６０００をさらに含んでもよい。前記医薬組成物からなる第１の層とヒドロクロロチアジドまたはアムロジピンベシル酸塩を含む第２の層からなる、テルミサルタン含有錠剤でもよい。【選択図】なし
