Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brazing device which speeds up temperature rise of a work-piece.SOLUTION: A brazing device 1 includes: a work-piece vacuum chamber 2x in which a work-piece 20 is disposed; a heater vacuum chamber 4x in which a heater 5 is disposed; and a division wall plate 3 etc. disposed between the vacuum chambers 2x and 4x. A work-piece vacuum chamber formation container 2 is disposed at the first wall surface 3a side of the division wall plate 3, which is located one side of the division wall plate 3. A heater vacuum chamber formation container 4 is disposed at the second wall surface 3b side, which is the other side of the division wall plate 3. In the brazing device 1, heat of a heater 5 is conducted from the heater 5 to the work-piece 20 through the division wall plate 3 to melt a brazing material of the work-piece 20 in a state where vacuum is created in the work-piece vacuum chamber 2x and the heater vacuum chamber 4x, a heating surface 5a of the heater 5 in the heater vacuum chamber 4x contacts with a second wall surface 3b of the division wall plate 3, and a first wall surface 3a of the division wall plate 3 contacts with the work-piece 20 in the work-piece vacuum chamber 2x. 【課題】ワークの昇温速度の高速化を図ることができるろう付け装置を提供する。【解決手段】ろう付け装置1は、ワーク20が配置されるワーク真空室2x、ヒータ5が配置されたヒータ真空室4x、これらの真空室2x,4x間に介在された隔壁板3等を具備する。隔壁板3の一方の第1壁面3a側にはワーク真空室形成容器2が配置され、隔壁板3の他方の第2壁面3b側にはヒータ真空室形成容器4が配置される。そしてろう付け装置1は、ワーク真空室2x及びヒータ真空室4xがそれぞれ真空にされ且つヒータ真空室4x内のヒータ5の加熱面5aが隔壁板3の第2壁面3bに接触するとともに隔壁板3の第1壁面3aがワーク真空室2x内のワーク20に接触した状態で、ヒータ5の熱がヒータ5から隔壁板3を介してワーク20に伝導伝熱により伝えられることにより、ワーク20のろう材を溶融するものとなされている。【選択図】図1
