Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device including at least two light emitting semiconductor elements.SOLUTION: A device of the present invention includes: at least two light emitting semiconductor elements (101, 111) adjacent each other; a plurality of enclosure members (102, 112) at least partially enclosing each light emitting semiconductor element and containing a conversion material partially or wholly converting the wavelength region of light emitted from the light emitting semiconductor elements; and at least one optical attenuation element (103) disposed between the light emitting semiconductor elements and between the enclosure members.
