PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filtration method of analyte samples which can prevent false positive or congestion while maintaining sensitivity, a method for enabling highly accurate detection or quantitative determination of an object to be detected, and a kit used in such a method, in a simple analyte inspection method using a membrane assay method.SOLUTION: A simple membrane assay method comprises a step for performing detection or quantitative determination of presence of an object to be measured in an analyte sample on an assay apparatus, comprising a membrane combined with capture reagent for capturing the object to be measured, after the analyte sample containing an object to be detected has been filtrated out through a filtration filter. In the simple membrane assay method, a strong rigid filter is included in a filter constituting the filtration filter. 【課題】本発明の目的は、メンブレンアッセイ法を用いた検体の簡易な検査方法において、感度を保ちながら偽陽性や詰まりを防止できる検体試料のろ過法を提供し、被検出物の精度の高い検出又は定量を可能にする方法及びそのような方法において使用されるキットの提供。【解決手段】被検出物を含む検体試料をろ過フィルターによってろ過した後に、被測定物を捕捉するための捕捉試薬が結合したメンブレンを備えたアッセイ装置上で検体試料中の被測定物の存在を検出又は定量することを含む簡易メンブレンアッセイ法において、上記ろ過フィルターを構成するフィルターに強剛性フィルターが含まれることを特徴とする簡易メンブレンアッセイ方法。【選択図】なし
