Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily extract a core material from a vacuum heat insulation material at a time of disposal of a product using the vacuum heat insulation material.SOLUTION: A vacuum heat insulation material comprises: a core material 51 formed of a fiber assembly; adsorbent adsorbing gas or water and arranged in the core material 51; an inner wrapping material 52 wrapping the core material 51; and an envelope material 53 containing the inner wrapping material 52. A grip portion 56 for taking out the inner wrapping material 52 from the envelope material 53 is provided on the inner wrapping material 52, and the grip portion 56 is thermally welded 54 to and fixed to the inner wrapping material 52. A length of the grip portion 56 in an evacuation direction is larger than that of an end portion of the core material 51 in the evacuation direction. Regions of the grip portion 56 that are thermally welded to the inner wrapping material 52 are both end portions in a width direction of the inner wrapping material 52 orthogonal to the evacuation direction, and the thermally welded regions are located in folded portions of the vacuum heat insulation material obtained by folding back edges of the core material 51. 【課題】真空断熱材を用いた製品の廃棄時に真空断熱材から芯材を容易に取り出せるようにすること。【解決手段】繊維集合体から成る芯材51と、ガス又は水分を吸着し芯材内に配置された吸着剤と、芯材51を包む内包材52と、内包材52を収納する外被材53と、から構成から、外被材53から内包材52を取り出すための取っ手部56を内包材52に設け、取っ手部56は内包材52に熱溶着54されて固定されていること。また、取っ手部56の真空引き方向の長さは、芯材51の真空引き方向の端部よりも延設されていること。また、取っ手部が内包材に熱溶着された部位は、内包材における真空引き方向と直交する幅方向の両端部であり、熱溶着された部位は、芯材の端縁で折り返された真空断熱材の耳部に位置すること。【選択図】図3
