PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock device for a roof top of a convertible vehicle.SOLUTION: In a lock device for a roof top of a convertible vehicle, a spring element 24 is configured as a plate spring 24, and a detent element is a detent projection 26 which is formed integrally with the plate spring 24. When a control lever 20 is located at a lock position, the detent projection 26 engages with an engagement element 28 of a basis 100 wich is fixed with respect to a roof element. By operation of a push button element 22, engagement between the detent projection 26 and the engagement element 28 of the basis 100 fixed with respect to the roof element is released, whereby the control lever 20 is so located as to rotate to a lock release position. 【課題】コンバーチブル車のルーフトップ用のロック装置の提供。【解決手段】バネ要素２４は、板バネ２４として構成され、戻り止め要素は、板バネ２４と一体成形された戻り止め突起２６であり、コントロールレバー２０がロック位置にあるときには、戻り止め突起２６が、ルーフ要素に対して固定されたベース１００の噛合い要素２８と噛み合い、押し釦要素２２の操作によって戻り止め突起２６とルーフ要素に対して固定されたベース１００の噛合い要素２８との噛合いが解除されて、コントロールレバー２０がロック解除位置まで回転できるように配置される。【選択図】図３
