Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote conservation of resources and cost reduction, by achieving a transport protection device required for transport protection of a motor with a small amount of material as much as possible.SOLUTION: A motor transport protection device 21 is attached removably to a motor including a rotating shaft 11 having a dent 30 in the side face and extending horizontally, a bearing 12, a bracket 13 supporting the bearing 12, and an outside oil cut 15 attached to the bracket 13 and through which the rotating shaft 11 penetrates. The motor transport protection device 21 has a mounting member 22 mounted on the outside oil cut 15 and having a screw rod through hole 27 formed therein, a screw rod 23 penetrating the screw rod through hole 27, and a screw rod fixing member 24 capable of fixing the screw rod 23 for the mounting member 22 in a state where rotation of the rotating shaft 11 is prevented by penetrating the screw rod 23 into the screw rod through hole 27 and pressing the tip of the screw rod 23 against the dent 30 of the rotating shaft 11.
【課題】電動機の輸送保護のために必要な輸送保護装置をなるべく少ない材料で実現して、省資源とコスト低減を図る。【解決手段】側面にくぼみ30が形成された水平に延びる回転軸11と、軸受12と、軸受12を支持するブラケット13と、ブラケット13に取り付けられて回転軸11が貫通する外側油切り15と、を備えた電動機に、電動機輸送保護装置21が、着脱可能に取り付けられる。電動機輸送保護装置21は、外側油切り15に取り付けられてねじ棒貫通孔27が形成された取り付け部材22と、ねじ棒貫通孔27を貫通するねじ棒23と、ねじ棒貫通孔27にねじ棒23を貫通させてねじ棒23の先端を回転軸11のくぼみ30に押し当てることにより回転軸11の回転を阻止する状態で取り付け部材22に対してねじ棒23を固定可能なねじ棒固定部材24と、を有する。【選択図】図1 |
