Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft magnetic material, a core and an inductor which have a high magnetic permeability.SOLUTION: A soft magnetic material comprises: a first soft magnetic powder including first particles composed of first soft magnetic particles coated with an insulative material, and having an average particle diameter of 20-50 μm; a second soft magnetic powder including second particles composed of second soft magnetic particles coated with an insulative material, and having an average particle diameter of 1-10 μm; and a resin. The ratio of the mass percentage of the first soft magnetic powder to that of the second soft magnetic powder is given by A:B, and A and B satisfy the following conditions: A+B=100; 15≤A≤35; and 65≤B≤85.
【課題】高い透磁率を有する軟磁性材料、コア及びインダクタを提供することである。【解決手段】第1の軟磁性粒子が絶縁材料により被覆されてなる第1の粒子からなる第1の軟磁性粉末であって、20μm以上50μm以下の平均粒子径を有する第1の軟磁性粉末と、第2の軟磁性粒子が絶縁材料により被覆されてなる第2の粒子からなる第2の軟磁性粉末であって、1μm以上10μm以下の平均粒子径を有する第2の軟磁性粉末と、樹脂とを含む軟磁性材料である。前記第1の軟磁性粉末の質量%と前記第2の軟磁性粉末の質量%との比は、A:Bである。A+B=100、15 A 35及び65 B 85の条件を満たしている。【選択図】図1 |
