Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distance measuring device capable of highly accurate measurement.SOLUTION: A distance measuring device includes: a laser beam generator which generates a laser beam whose frequency changes into a triangular shape with time; and an optical distributor which distributes the laser beam. The distributed laser beam is supplied to a measurement interference device and an auxiliary interference device. The measurement interference device outputs a beat signal having frequency corresponding to a distance to an object to be measured. On the other hand, the auxiliary interference device outputs a sampling clock for sampling the beat signal by receiving the laser beam. Further, the distance measuring device includes a photodetector which receives the laser beam and outputs a monitor signal, and timing for sampling the beat signal is determined by the monitor signal. An average value of the beat signal in 1 cycle of the laser beam that changes into the triangular shape is obtained by a digital signal obtained by sampling, and a distance is calculated based on the obtained average value.
【課題】高精度な計測が可能な距離測定装置を提供する。【解決手段】距離測定装置は、その周波数が時間に伴って三角形状に変わるレーザ光を発生するレーザ光発生器と、レーザ光を分配する光分配器とを有している。分配されたレーザ光は、測定干渉器と補助干渉器に供給される。測定干渉器は、被測定物までの距離に応じた周波数を有するビート信号を出力する。一方、補助干渉器は、レーザ光を受けることにより、ビート信号をサンプリングするためのサンプリングクロックを出力する。また、距離測定装置は、レーザ光を受け、モニタ信号を出力する光検出器を有し、ビート信号をサンプリングするタイミングが、モニタ信号により定められる。サンプリングにより得られたデジタル信号によって、三角形状に変わるレーザ光の1周期におけるビート信号の平均値が求められ、求めた平均値に基づいて、距離が算出される。【選択図】図1 |
