Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger core part structure capable of appropriately restricting a region in which a molten brazing filler material circulates by a capillary phenomenon at a time of integrally brazing and bonding tubes and corrugated fins.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger core part structure comprises tubes 3 and corrugated fins 4 alternately arranged, the tubes 3 are each formed into a hollow flat shape including a concave groove 3C along a side surface thereof by bending plate material ends of the respective tubes 3 inside and bonding the folded ends, the corrugated fins 4 are each formed into a corrugated shape having a plurality of folded portions 4A, and the folded portions 4A are bonded to the side surfaces of the tubes 3. A concave portion 8 is formed in each corrugated fin 4 at a position of each of regions excluding regions of the folded portions 4A corresponding to the concave grooves 3C of the respective tubes 3 in a width direction.
【課題】チューブ及びコルゲートフィンを一体的にろう付け接合するにあたり、溶融したろう材が毛細管現象により流動する部位を規制するに好適な熱交換器のコア部構造を提供する。【解決手段】チューブ3とコルゲートフィン4とを交互に配置して備え、チューブ3は板材端を内側に折曲げて接合することによりその側面に沿って凹溝3Cを備える中空扁平状に形成され、コルゲートフィン4は複数の折曲部4Aによりコルゲート状に形成され、当該折曲部4Aがチューブ3の側面に接合された熱交換器のコア部構造である。そして、コルゲートフィン4は、チューブ3の凹溝3Cに対応する折曲部4Aの部位を除いた幅方向位置に、凹部8を形成してなることを特徴とする。【選択図】図4 |
