Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior material for a vacuum heat insulating material having a high flexural resistance so as to be able to sustain, even if the vacuum heat insulating material is used over an extended period, a high vacuum state.SOLUTION: In an exterior material 1 for a vacuum heat insulating material consisting of a substrate layer 10, a barrier layer 20, and a sealant layer 30 in proper order from the outer side thereof, a laminate of a stretched polypropylene film 11 and a stretched nylon film 12 is used as the substrate layer, whereas a deposition film of a metal or metal oxide is used as the barrier layer. A laminate of an aluminum-deposited polyethylene terephthalate film 21 and an aluminum-deposited ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer film 22, in particular, is used as the barrier layer.
【課題】真空断熱材が長期間に渡って使用されも、高い真空状態を保持することのできるように、耐屈曲性の高い真空断熱材の外装材を提供する。【解決手段】外側から順に、基材層10、バリヤ層20、シーラント層30からなる真空断熱材の外装材1であって、基材層に、延伸ポリプロピレンフィルム11と延伸ナイロンフィルム12を積層して用い、バリヤ層に、金属または金属酸化物の蒸着フィルムを用いた。特に、バリヤ層には、アルミ蒸着ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム21とアルミ蒸着エチレン−ビニルアルコール共重合体フィルム22を積層して用いた。【選択図】図1 |
