PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger core temporary mounting device for alternately aligning tubes and fins that constitute a heat exchanger core, capable of achieving reduced tact time.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger core temporary mounting device 1 comprises: a fin tray 30 arranged above a transport path for tubes 2, and including a plurality of slots 32 that can accommodate a plurality of fins 3 at certain intervals and a shutter 33 opening/closing bottoms of the plurality of slots 32; and a fin feeder 40 supplying the fins 3 to the plurality of slots 32 of the fin tray 30. The temporary mounting device 1 opens the shutter 33 when the fins 3 are accommodated in the slots 32 by the number by which the fin feeder 40 can feed the fins 3 simultaneously and gaps between the slots 32 and the tubes 2 are aligned, and the temporary mounting device 1 drops the fins 3 accommodated in the slots 32 from the fin tray 30 and inserts the fins 3 into gaps between the tubes 2. 【課題】熱交換器コアを構成するチューブとフィンとを交互に整列させる熱交換器コアの仮組装置において、タクトタイムを短縮する。【解決手段】熱交換器コアの仮組装置１は、チューブ２の搬送経路の上方に配置され、複数のフィンを一定間隔を空けて収容することができる複数のスロット３２と複数のスロット３２の底を開閉するシャッタ３３とを備えたフィントレイ３０と、フィントレイ３０の複数のスロット３２にフィン３を供給するフィンフィーダ４０と、を備える。仮組装置１は、フィンフィーダ４０が同時に供給可能な数を超える数のフィン３が複数のスロット３２に収容され、かつ、複数のスロット３２と複数のチューブ２間の隙間とが整列したらシャッタ３３を開き、複数のスロット３２に収容された複数のフィン３をフィントレイ３０から落下させて複数のチューブ２間の隙間に挿入する。【選択図】図１
