Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the noise or vibration occurring in an exhaust gas mixer.SOLUTION: The exhaust gas mixer includes: a mixer main body 41 including a hollow part 411 extending in the axial direction L; an inner tube unit 42 disposed in the hollow part 411 along the axial direction L; a gas introduction unit 43 that is disposed in the mixer main body 41, introduces gas to be mixed into a space S, and rotates it; and a gas derivation unit 44 that is disposed in the inner tube unit 42 and derives the gas to be mixed.
