PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the noise or vibration occurring in an exhaust gas mixer.SOLUTION: The exhaust gas mixer includes: a mixer main body 41 including a hollow part 411 extending in the axial direction L; an inner tube unit 42 disposed in the hollow part 411 along the axial direction L; a gas introduction unit 43 that is disposed in the mixer main body 41, introduces gas to be mixed into a space S, and rotates it; and a gas derivation unit 44 that is disposed in the inner tube unit 42 and derives the gas to be mixed. The central axis 42L of the inner tube unit 42 and the central axis 411L of the hollow part 411 are disposed at mutually different positions. 【課題】排ガス混合器において生じる騒音又は振動を低減する。【解決手段】軸線方向Ｌに延びる中空部４１１を有する混合器本体４１と、前記中空部４１１に軸線方向Ｌに沿って設けられた内管部４２と、混合器本体４１に設けられて空間Ｓに混合対象ガスを導入して旋回させるガス導入部４３と、内管部４２に設けられて混合対象ガスを導出するガス導出部４４とを備え、内管部４２の中心軸線４２Ｌと中空部４１１の中心軸線４１１Ｌとが互いに異なる位置に設けられている。【選択図】図５
