PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectacle lens processing device capable of processing a spectacle lens efficiently.SOLUTION: A spectacle lens processing device 1 comprises: a lens chuck unit provided on a lens processing part 10, for holding a spectacle lens; a processing unit having a processing tool for processing the spectacle lens held by the lens chuck unit; and adjustment means for adjusting the relative distance between the spectacle lens and the processing tool. The spectacle lens processing device 1 processes the spectacle lens by operating the adjustment means based on processing data and by operating the processing unit.
