Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a vehicle which can suppress the operation of the control device from becoming unstable in a state that a power supply voltage is lowered.SOLUTION: In a control device 101, a first MOSFET 106 is interposed on a power supply line L1 which connects a battery power supply 103 and a power supply circuit 104. The first MOSFET 106 comprises a parasitic diode 107 oriented in a direction in which a current is made to flow toward the power supply circuit 104 from the battery power supply 103. When a voltage V1 of the battery power supply 103 is high, a second MOSFET 110 is turned on, and turns off the first MOSFET 106, and when the voltage V1 of the battery power supply 103 is lowered, the second MOSFET 110 is turned off, and turns on the first MOSFET 106. By this constitution, when the voltage V1 of the battery power supply 103 is lowered, the lowering of a voltage supplied to an arithmetic operation processing part 102 from the power supply circuit 104 can be suppressed, and the arithmetic operation processing part 102 can be stably operated. 【課題】電源電圧が低下している状態で、制御装置の作動が不安定になることを抑制できる、車両の制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】制御装置101において、バッテリ電源103と電源回路104とを接続する電源ラインL1に第1MOSFET106を介装してある。第1MOSFET106は、バッテリ電源103から電源回路104に向けて電流を流す向きの寄生ダイオード107を備える。第2MOSFET110は、バッテリ電源103の電圧V1が高いときにオン状態となって第1MOSFET106をオフし、バッテリ電源103の電圧V1が低くなるとオフ状態となって第1MOSFET106をオンする。これにより、バッテリ電源103の電圧V1が低下したときに、電源回路104から演算処理部102に供給される電圧の低下を抑制でき、演算処理部102を安定的に動作させることができる。【選択図】図1
