Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a panel member with a decorative layer that can obtain a panel member with a decorative layer having good adhesion to a glass substrate and the like and is excellent in material cost.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a panel member (1) with a decorative layer formed by sequentially laminating a decorative layer (3), a hole-filling layer (4) and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (51) on a transparent substrate (2) includes a step (A) of forming the decorative layer (3) having a predetermined pattern on one surface of the transparent substrate (2), a step (B) of forming the hole-filling layer (4) comprising an ultraviolet ray-curable resin so as to cover the decorative layer (3) formed on the transparent substrate (2), a step (C) of preparing a pressure-sensitive adhesive film (50) having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (51) formed on a film with a release layer and laminating the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (51) and the hole-filling layer (4) so as to overlap each other, and a step (D) of irradiating the ultraviolet ray-curable resin in the hole-filling layer (4) with ultraviolet rays to cure the ultraviolet ray-curable resin. 【課題】ガラス基板などとの密着性が良好な装飾層付きパネル部材を得ることができ、また材料コストの点でも優れた、装飾層付きパネル部材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】透明基材(2)上に装飾層(3)、穴埋め層(4)、及び粘着層(51)が順次積層された、装飾層付きパネル部材(1)を製造する方法であって、(イ)透明基材(2)の一方の面に、所定パターンの装飾層(3)を形成する工程、(ロ)前記透明基材(2)の上に形成された前記装飾層(3)を覆うように、紫外線硬化性樹脂を含む穴埋め層(4)を形成する工程、(ハ)離型層付きフィルム上に粘着層(51)を形成した粘着フィルム(50)を用意し、前記粘着層(51)と前記穴埋め層(4)とが重なるように貼り合わせる工程、及び(ニ)前記穴埋め層(4)中の紫外線硬化性樹脂に紫外線を照射して前記紫外線硬化性樹脂を硬化させる工程を含む。【選択図】図2
