Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor circuit capable of relaxing reduction in the detection accuracy of a physical quantity being a measuring target.SOLUTION: A sensor circuit comprises: a first temperature detection circuit 10 for outputting a first voltage responding to a temperature having temperature variation due to physical quantities except a measuring target superimposed on temperature variation due to the physical quantity of the measuring target; a second temperature detection circuit 20 for outputting a second voltage responding to the temperature variation due to the physical quantities except the measuring target; a differential amplification part 31 having the output voltage 11 of the first temperature detection circuit and a peak cancellation voltage 46 inputted into a pair of input terminals and for outputting a third voltage; and a first operation part 43. The peak cancellation voltage is varied corresponding to the second voltage and is a voltage cancelling the variation of the third voltage corresponding to the voltage 21 of the second temperature detection circuit when the physical amount of the measuring object is a predetermined value. The first operation part calculates the physical quantity of the measuring target on the basis of a first output value formed by digitizing the third voltage and a second output value formed by digitizing the second voltage.
