Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet for a wire saw, which enables a workpiece to be conveyed depending on each processing step in the state of being loaded on the pallet, when the workpiece is processed by the wire saw.SOLUTION: A pallet for a wire saw includes a plurality of workpiece holding parts 21, a pallet base 22 for supporting the plurality of workpiece holding parts 21 in the state of laying them out in a line, and a connection part 23 for connecting the adjacent workpiece holding parts 21 together. The pallet base 22 allows movement of the workpiece holding part 21 in the direction of arrangement of the plurality of workpiece holding parts 21, and the connection part 23 is configured to be capable of changing a distance between the adjacent workpiece holding parts 21.
