Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable authentication without inputting authentication information by a terminal device when the use of a service is authenticated for a user at a device that is provided on a network a particular user is accessible to and provides the service or a device that is provided on a network a particular user and a user other than the particular user are accessible to and provides the service.SOLUTION: A first relay device 20A transmits a service name and a personal certificate C1 transmitted by a terminal device 10 to a second relay device 20B. The second relay device 20B obtains a user name and a password stored and associated with a name described in the transmitted personal certificate C1 from a second authentication device 50B. The second relay device 20B logs in a service device 40C or service device 40D that provides a service of the transmitted service name, by use of the obtained user name and password. |
