Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive electrode for a flexible battery, and a method for manufacturing a positive electrode for a flexible battery.SOLUTION: A positive electrode 10 for a battery 1 including a substrate 11, a layer 12 of copper sulfide and a layer 13 of activated carbon is manufactured by: subjecting a mixture M obtained by mixing latex and sulfur to heating treatment at a temperature of 100-120°C to prepare a flexible substrate A; pressing a copper plate to the substrate A; subjecting the substrate A having been pressed to the copper plate to heating treatment at a temperature of 121-180°C to prepare the substrate 11 including the layer 12 of copper sulfide formed thereon; placing particles C of activated carbon on the layer 12 of copper sulfide; subjecting the layer 12 of copper sulfide and the particles C of activated carbon to heating treatment at a temperature of 116-444°C; and forming the layer 13 of activated carbon on the layer 12 of copper sulfide. |
