Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas compression apparatus and a wheel with a tire of using the same, capable of preventing a liquid component such as moisture existing in a compressor from being sent into a storage chamber by passing through a check valve.SOLUTION: An air pump 10 comprises a cylinder 36 and a piston 50 for generating high pressure air by enhancing pressure by compressing air, an air feed pipe 11 for storing the high pressure air generated in the cylinder 36, a check valve 45 for partitioning the cylinder 36 and the air feed pipe 11, allowing the movement of the air to the air feed pipe 11 from the cylinder 36 and not allowing its vice versa, and a drain valve 60 provided in the air pump 10 and discharging the moisture existing in the air pump 10. The moisture existing in the air pump 10 can be discharged into the atmosphere via the drain valve 60 in a process of compressing the air, and thereby, can be prevented from being sent into the air feed pipe 11 by passing through the check valve 45.
