Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability for attaching a recording head to a printer and to prevent inconvenience generated in an operation.SOLUTION: An ink-jet recording head module is characterized by forming a slightly larger through hole 63 at a mounting position of a recording head 75 in a drive control substrate 78, forming substrate side electrode patterns 82A-82D for adjusting the mounting position in the vicinity of the through hole 63, forming head side electrode patterns 81A-81D on the head substrate 76 side to be connected to capacitive sensors 71A-71D, and adjusting the mounting position of the recording head 75 in the through hole 63 on the basis of the output from the capacitive sensors 71A-71D.
