Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in the prior radio communication system, at the time of installation of which, a radio frequency utilization state in an installation environment is surveyed once and a vacant frequency is selected, and that frequency is used continuously afterward, therefore if there is radio wave noise that periodically occurs although it was not transmitted at the time of survey, radio communication suffers an adverse influence.SOLUTION: A radio base station continuously measures the occurrence state of radio wave noise, determines the occurrence cycle of the noise and relevance to the operational states of surrounding apparatuses using the measurement result, gives an instruction to change a communication channel depending on the time of next radio wave noise occurrence assumed from it, and thereby effectively uses radio frequencies and achieves highly reliable radio communication. In addition, the radio base station determines an apparatus that is a source of the radio wave noise, and if the radio wave noise is not due to a characteristic of the apparatus, it determines that the noise is a predictor of a failure of the apparatus, and warns a user of inspection and maintenance. |
