PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique allowing automated execution of even maintenance work having a complicated workflow.SOLUTION: A maintenance work support device 100 includes an application information reception unit 114, a workflow information holding unit 136, a workflow specification unit 122, a display control unit 112, and an execution control unit 124. The application information reception unit 114 receives application information for making an application for execution of maintenance work. The workflow information holding unit 136 holds a plurality of workflows of maintenance work. The workflow specification unit 122 refers to a plurality of tasks included in the application information to specify a workflow to be executed among the plurality of workflows. On the condition that a task in a preceding stage has been executed, the display control unit 112 displays, on an approval terminal 204, an application screen for determining whether a task in a succeeding stage can be executed or not. The execution control unit 124 executes the task in the succeeding stage on the condition that approval is obtained from an approver.
