Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display medium capable of providing various displays and having excellent design properties.SOLUTION: An information display medium includes: a visual effect processing substrate having light transmissivity and visual effect processing applied thereto; a transparent electrode substrate having a transparent substrate and a transparent electrode formed on the transparent substrate; a counter electrode substrate having a counter substrate and a counter electrode formed on the counter substrate; and electronic paper having a display medium layer arranged between the transparent electrode substrate and the counter electrode substrate and including a display medium. The visual effect processing substrate is arranged on an opposite side to the display medium layer of the transparent electrode substrate of the electronic paper.
