Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that has an outermost surface layer having excellent electric characteristics and wear resistance.SOLUTION: An electrophotographic photoreceptor includes a conductive substrate, and a photosensitive layer provided on the conductive substrate; and an outermost surface layer is a layer constituted of a hardened material of a composition that is represented by the following general formula (I), and contains at least one of non-charge transport compounds and at least one of non-reactive charge transfer materials. In the general formula (I), Fhas no charge transportability, and represents an m-valent organic group having an aromatic ring; Lrepresents a divalent linking group including at least one selected from -C(=O)-O- and -O-; and mrepresents an integer of 3 or more.
