PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-tight door device with a disaster time blockage lock function.SOLUTION: The water-tight door device includes: a water immersion sensor which detects a water immersion state at the time of water immersion in a room when a water-tight door disposed at a gateway between adjacent rooms is blocked; reception means for receiving an earthquake early warning; a locking device for maintaining the blockage state on the basis of a detection signal of the water immersion sensor and a received signal of the earthquake early warning; and display means for displaying the fact that the room is immersed in water on the basis of at least one of the detection signal of the water immersion sensor and the received signal of the earthquake early warning.
