Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve torque per size, to widen an application range of a motor, and to further reduce a usage amount of a permanent magnet at the same size.SOLUTION: An m-phase (m is an integer of two or more) inductor type rotary motor 100 comprises: a stator 120 in which front ends of teeth 124U, 124V, and 124W are annularly arranged; and a rotor 140 having inductor teeth 142 opposed to the front ends of the teeth via a constant gap. In the inductor type rotary motor 100, k×m (k is an integer of one or more) pieces of teeth are provided, and at least one of permanent magnets 126U, 126V, 126W is arranged in each tooth. Adjacent permanent magnets belonging to adjacent teeth are arranged so that different polarities are opposed to each other.
