PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a hanging frame using a simple and light-weight frame member for pick-up transportation of a reinforcing bar assembly, and to perform connection of the frame member and pick-up transportation by combined using of a connection bracket and a hanging bracket, for reducing a cost.SOLUTION: Relating to a hanging bracket for pick-up transportation of a reinforcing bar assembly, the reinforcing bar assembly is pick-up transported directly with upper side and lower side of a connection hanging bracket, through a pick-up connection part, using the connection hanging bracket which is used also as the hanging frame connection bracket which forms a hanging frame by connecting a frame member, in which a pick-up connection part is protruded from near center of an upper side and a lower side of the hanging bracket body in which a plate-like body is arranged at upper side and lower side, a plurality of frame connection parts connecting the frame member are provided between respective plate-like bodies on upper side and lower side, with the hanging bracket body being almost U-like in side view, otherwise, being plate-like for sandwiching the end part of the frame member with the plate-like body from above and below, or being a pick-up connection support shaft body containing a support shaft.
