Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bidirectional and interactive displacement amplifier.SOLUTION: A rotation actuator controls the displacement direction, by driving a plurality of buckling actuator portions asynchronously. Each buckling actuator portion includes first and second linear input actuators, a first rotary joint for binding one ends of the first linear input actuators tightly to a common ground, a second rotary joint for binding one ends of the second linear input actuators tightly to a common ground, and a third rotary joint for binding the other ends of the first and second linear input actuators each other. The plurality of buckling actuator portions are engaged with a recirculation rail, and driven harmonically to produce a resultant force onto the recirculation rail.
