Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground improvement method by a high pressure injection-agitation method, capable of easily and excellently executing work when improving a ground by establishing a solidification improvement body in the ground, particularly, even when improving the ground just under an existing structure.SOLUTION: The ground improvement method by the high pressure injection-agitation method is characterized by inserting a pipe rod 1 up to a predetermined depth in the ground by a construction machine 2, injecting a hardener at a high speed under high pressure from a pipe rod 1 after the insertion, cutting the ground by injection energy of the hardener while establishing agitating-mixing the injected hardener and the ground, and establishing a solidification improvement body T in the ground to improve the ground. The ground improvement method by the high pressure injection-agitation method linearly injects the hardener at a high speed under high pressure from the pipe rod 1 in a rotation-stop state without rotating the pipe rod 1 after inserting the pipe rod 1 into the ground.
