Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidification type cooling, heating and ventilation system for restricting condensation at a surface of heat radiation body by rationally assembling a ventilation system employing novel gas-liquid heat exchanger into a cooling and heating system for performing radiation cooling and heating by radiator through circulation of cold water and hot water.SOLUTION: A radiation circuit 4 for circulating cold water and hot water to a radiator body 4a by a circulating pump 3 from a heat source machine 2 for generating cold water and hot water is added with a cold water and hot water circulation circuit 6 for dividing flow from a going-side pipe 6s' up to a going-side header 6a of a radiation circuit 4, returning and circulating flow through a gas-liquid heat exchanger 5 to a going-side pipe 6s' of the radiation circuit 4, the gas-liquid heat exchanger 5 is arranged in a gas feeding passage of a mechanical ventilation system, radiated, cooled and heated by the radiator body 4a in the radiation circuit 4 and at the same time cooling and dehumidification are performed by the gas-liquid heat exchanger 5 in the cold water and hot water circulating circuit 6 so as to restrict condensation at the surface of the radiator body 4a with low temperature and low humidity air within a dwelling room.
