Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an electroconductive roller resistant to occurrences of image defects, etc. by inhibiting excessive reductions of foam cell diameters in the vicinity of the outer surface thereof; the electroconductive roller manufactured by the manufacturing method, and an image forming device with which the electroconductive roller is integrated.SOLUTION: The provided manufacturing method includes a step of forming a cylindrical foam 1 by continuously extrusion-molding, as a cylindrical object, a rubber composition from the nozzle of an extruder head under the condition of the head pressure being 25 MPa or below and then cutting, at a specified length, and heating, foaming, and crosslinking the molded cylinder within a vulcanizer. An electroconductive roller 4 possesses the cylindrical foam 1 manufactured past the prescribed step. The electroconductive roller is integrated with the image forming device as a charging roller, development roller, transfer roller, etc.
