The lithium battery has: a positive electrode active material layer containing a positive electrode active material; a negative electrode active material layer containing a negative electrode active material; and an electrolyte layer formed between the positive electrode active material layer and the negative electrode active material layer, at least one of the positive electrode active material layer and the electrolyte layer contains sulfide solid electrolyte, and the charge control part performs control so that a potential of the positive electrode active material becomes 5.0 V (vs. Li/Li) or less. |
