Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote quality control system capable of registering, confirming and sharing job orders corresponding to roles of people engaged in work and confirmation activities with the use of check sheets on a real-time basis through a multifunctional portable phone, a tablet-type multifunctional terminal, a portable phone with a camera and a personal computer which are connected to the Internet.SOLUTION: A remote quality control system 1 comprises: an administrative server 2 which provides service via the Internet; a personal computer 5 connected to the administrative server; a portable terminal 4 connected to the administrative server 2 by a dedicated software operating on the portable terminal 4; and a portable phone 3 transmitting/receiving e-mail to/from the administrative server 2. The system operates to register and collect the confirmation status of various check sheets 12-14 for assuring quality according to roles 6-10 concerning work as well as photographs as a basis for the work 11 on a real-time basis, and to share the information along with a workflow for people concerned.
