Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that no consideration is given on optimal adjustment for the overall sensor network, though there is a disclosure on the adjustment of retransmission intervals and the number of retransmission times between communication terminals that are connected one-to-one by wire.SOLUTION: A network system includes a plurality of communication devices interconnected by radio communication. Each communication device includes: a communication unit for data transmission/reception; a communication path management unit for acquiring a communication path and communication performance of another communication device; and a timing management control unit for managing a time slot and for transmitting the time slot to the other communication device through the communication unit.
