Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of congestion in a telephone network or an Internet communication network and enable prompt confirmation of user information.SOLUTION: In a first service system 10, when voice data including safety information of a user is received from a user terminal, the voice data is recorded in a voice data storage device in a manner to associate with the user identifier. The first service system 10 converts the voice data stored in the voice data storage device into text data, and stores the converted text data into a text data storage device in a manner to associate with text data related to the attribute of the user generating the voice data. In a second service system 20, a request including the user attribute, for requesting the provision of the user text data, is transmitted. Upon receipt of the request from the second service system, the first service system 10 transmits the text data requested in the request.
