PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique in which desired image data of a set of images can be easily generated with simple operation.SOLUTION: A camera 1 comprises: a display panel 135 having a plurality of display areas; an operation section 123 which receives a photographing instruction and a display position change instruction; an imaging section which images a subject to acquire an image; a display control section which changes an image to be displayed in a certain display area to a frame image acquired according to the photographing instruction from a live view image when receiving the photographing instruction and controls the display panel 135 so as to change the image to be displayed in a specified display area to the live view image when receiving the display position change instruction in which the display area is specified; and a set of images processing section 109c which synthesizes the image data of a plurality of images displayed in the plurality of display areas and generates the image data of a set of images which are laid out so that a plurality of images are displayed on the display panel 135.
