Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimally stop a fuel cell when abnormality needing a stop of the fuel cell occurs.SOLUTION: The operation control device 80 generates power by combining SOFC with MGT operated by using a fuel gas exhausted from SOFC and controls operation stop of a hybrid power generation system having a recirculation blower for circulating the gas exhausted from SOFC into SOFC. The operation control device 80 comprises: an abnormality detection part 82 for detecting the abnormality in the hybrid power generation system; and a stop-operation determination part 84 for stopping SOFC when the abnormality detection part 82 detects abnormality needing a stop of SOFC and determining the kind of the gas supplied to SOFC corresponding to adequacy of operation of the recirculation blower and decrease in a temperature of a pressure container of SOFC. |
