Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving chip for a display panel which is not affected by noise caused by a pad for writing voltage of OTP (one time programmable) in a driving chip for a display panel provided with an OTP function.SOLUTION: A driving chip for a display panel in which an inside voltage generation part which generates inside voltage on receiving input of outside voltage and a memory device having an OTP function are built-in. Provided is the driving chip for the display panel in which the memory device is connected with the inside voltage generation part via first inside wiring so that the memory device operates by the inside voltage generated from the inside voltage generation part in a writing operation on receiving an input at a writing voltage.
