PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of efficiently and stably producing aliphatic polyester by stably supplying slurry containing aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and aliphatic diol to a reaction vessel.SOLUTION: There is provided the method of producing aliphatic polyester for obtaining polyester through a process of preparing slurry containing aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and aliphatic diol, an esterification reaction process and a polycondensation reaction process. In the method, a relationship between a temperature (T1) during the process of preparing slurry and a temperature (T2) of a slurry transportation line between the process of preparing slurry and the esterification reaction process satisfies T1<T2.
