Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a cooling air passage in a radial direction of an iron core to be formed without using a shim and a rotor core to be manufactured using one type of steel plate.SOLUTION: A steel plate 20 composing a rotor core comprises: a central opening 23 through which a rotary shaft is inserted; a plurality of through-holes 29 for a permanent magnet; a central passage hole 24 for passing axially a cooling object therethrough; a plurality of inner grooves 25 that are communicated with the central passage hole 24, extending to a middle position toward outside in a radial direction and arranged at predetermined center angle intervals; and a plurality of outer grooves 27 that extend to the middle position from the outer periphery of the steel plate 20 toward inside in the radial direction and arranged at central angular positions of two inner grooves 25 provided next to each other in a circumferential direction. Two steel plates 20 laminated next to each other are arranged with a shifted angle and an inner groove 25 of one steel plate 20 is communicated with an outer groove 27 of the other steel plate 20 of the two steel plates in a middle position in a radial direction.
