Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter blade that generates a wind in a proper direction and that can have excellent blast performance.SOLUTION: A boundary part between a blade body 20 and a rising part of a wind generation part 32 is inclined with respect to a cutting part 31 so as to get away from the cutting part 31 toward the side of a vertically-directed shaft center p from a longitudinal end. The wind generation part 32 is formed so that the height H of the upper end of the wind generation part can be set approximately constant, from a longitudinal end of the blade body 20 to a predetermined area.
