Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training tool for a way of holding a rod to be gripped which singly enables a user to learn a right way of holding the rod to be gripped and is capable of shifting a degree of correction in accordance with a degree of learning the right way of holding the rod.SOLUTION: In a training tool 1A for a way of holding a rod to be gripped, fingers are inserted into two spaces formed by an upper wall part 11, a lower wall part 12 and a held wall part 13, respectively, and a position of a writing instrument or chopsticks is specified by the lower wall part 12 and a grip member 20A, such that the writing instrument or the chopsticks are corrected into a right way of holding the writing instrument and the chopsticks. The lower wall part 12 is divided into a first lower wall part 12a and a second lower wall part 12b with a portion crossing the held wall part 13 as a boundary. In any one of the first lower wall part 12a and the second lower wall part 12b, a lock stick 30 is provided which can be inserted into or passed through a grip member hole formed in the grip member 20A. The grip member 20A can be attached to and detached from the lower wall part 12 by the lock stick 30.
