PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-place work method, capable of ensuring the safety of a worker for transporting tools used for high-place work and lightening the burden of the worker.SOLUTION: A tool bag 108 is moved by the following steps in which a rope-like member for guiding 102 is wired so that the rope-like member (for guiding) 102 comes through a work place; the tool bag 108 attached to one end of a rope-like member for lifting package 107 hanged on a sheave 106 mounted on the upper side of the work place in vertical direction, is lifted to the work place by pulling other end of the rope-like member for lifting package 107; a hanging metal fitting 109 attached to the tool bag 108 lifted to the work place is hooked to the rope-like member for guiding 102 while the rope-like member for lifting package 107 is attached to the tool bag 108; and the hanging metal fitting 109 hooked on the rope-like member for guiding 102 is moved along the rope like member for guiding 102.
