Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination control system and an illumination light capable of connecting a management device with illumination lights even in a case of a failure due to a disaster and the like.SOLUTION: In an illumination control system 1, master illumination lamps 20A and 20B communicatively connected with a management device control illumination of slave illumination lamps 30A-30F under control of the master illumination lamps 20A and 20B. The master illumination lamp 20A comprises: an adding unit for adding the slave illumination lamps 30D-30F under control of the other master illumination lamp 20B to the slave illumination lamps under control of itself, in a case where the other master illumination lamp 20B has failed. The master illumination lamp 20A comprises a lighting control unit for performing illumination control on the slave illumination lamps 30A-30F on the basis of an instruction related to illumination control received from the management device 10.
