Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a dose rate and a count value of radiation with excellent accuracy.SOLUTION: A digital counting rate measuring device 2a according to an embodiment comprises: a reception section 21 that receives a transmission signal including a count value; a count extraction section 22 that extracts the count value from the transmission signal received for each transmission period, and outputs an extraction count value on the basis of the extracted count value; a pulse generation section 23 that converts the extraction count value into a pulse train of the corresponding number of pulses for each transmission period to output the pulse row; a rate calculation section 24 that performs a rate calculation to calculate a dose rate on the basis of the extraction count value; and a recorder output section 25 that outputs the dose rate in a predetermined output form.
