PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door roller capable of ensuring satisfactory running for a long time by maintaining a wheel in a stable state at all the time without applying a load to a screw for adjustment, and further, capable of easily adjusting a wheel protruding amount.SOLUTION: An adjuster door roller 1 comprises: a running wheel 1; a case 4 with which an opening part 4a where the running wheel 2 appears/disappears is formed at a lower side and a horizontal surface 4d is formed at an upper side; an adjusting screw 5 mounted to the case 4; a slide member 6 which moves in a horizontal direction along the horizontal surface 4d of the case 4 while being threaded to the adjusting screw 5; a swing arm 3 with which a cam surface 3e abutted to the slide member 6 is formed; and a support part which supports the running wheel 2 in a freely rotatable manner and swings integrally with the swing arm 3. When rotating the swing arm 3 by moving the slide member 6 in a horizontal direction by rotating the adjusting screw 5, the slide member 6 is held between the horizontal surface 4d of the case 4 and the cam surface 3e of the swing arm 3.
